Ingredients
- Macaroni
- Carrot (grated)
- 1 cup, of milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Cabbage (sliced)
- Onion (sliced)
- Mayonnaise
- 3 Boiled eggs (sliced)
- Salt
Method
- Put the macaroni into a pot of water. Add salt and allow to boil until soft. Drain the water.
- In a bowl, put the macaroni, cabbage, carrot, onion, eggs and mix.
- In a separate and small bowl, pour the mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice and stir.
- Ass the mixture into the macaroni and vegetable mix and stir to combine.
Serve and enjoy.
